Card-required trial

When the trial offer is available, choose a monthly plan, verify your email and complete card-required checkout. Pro is selected by default. The standard trial lasts 3 days, with $0 due today. Your card is charged on day 3 for the chosen monthly plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Checkout shows the exact duration and price for your offer. The standard allowance is 10 analysis minutes, up to 5 studies, videos up to 5 minutes long, one job at a time, and 10 separate add-on credits. Your account shows the remaining allowance and deadline. Full results for your own studies and one manually edited Canvas board are available during the trial. Public teardowns keep the same limited preview as signed-out viewing. Connectors and API keys, batch import, downloads and exports, new client review or sharing links, and recreation unlock after your first plan payment. Viewing an existing public or shared study stays available.

Canceling or finishing a trial

Manage or cancel billing before the deadline to avoid the first charge. Canceling keeps your remaining trial access until the original end. Then the account becomes read-only. Saved work, billing, security and account deletion stay available. Start a paid plan from your account to create more; a used trial cannot be restarted. A failed first charge closes production access until payment settles. Trial minutes and credits expire separately from purchased credits. We send a reminder about 24 hours before the first charge. Access codes grant their named plan for the code’s stated duration without a card. At expiry, saved work stays readable and the account offers a path to start a plan.

Credits and top-ups

Core add-ons such as Cut Blueprint use the credit amount shown before confirmation. Reopening a stored result does not spend credits again. Trial add-ons use only the trial bucket; purchased or paid-plan credits cannot extend the trial. Paid plans have their own monthly allocation. Purchased top-ups remain separate and expire 12 months after purchase. Top-ups become available after your plan starts. See the refund and cancellation policy for the purchase terms.
